OneStop terms

ONESTOP SOFTWARE LICENSE AND TERMS OF USE

Greenlyz LLC | Version 2026-10-12.1

IMPORTANT: READ BEFORE INSTALLING. By selecting "I accept the agreement" or supplying the explicit automated-install acceptance option, you agree to these terms with Greenlyz LLC. If you are acting for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it; otherwise you accept only for yourself. If you do not agree, cancel installation. Keep a copy of these terms.

1. Scope and license

OneStop is self-hosted software, not a promise that Greenlyz LLC will host, monitor, back up or administer your server. Subject to these terms, Greenlyz LLC grants you a nonexclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the OneStop software it supplies for your lawful personal or internal business purposes. You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying structure of OneStop; (b) modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the software; (c) use the software for the purpose of benchmarking or developing a competing product; or (d) remove any proprietary notices. Greenlyz LLC retains its rights in its software and branding. Do not misrepresent affiliation, remove proprietary notices or distribute modified software as an official Greenlyz product. These restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not prohibit authorized security testing or rights that cannot lawfully be restricted. Third-party components retain their separate licenses; these terms do not reduce rights granted under those licenses. See THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md and accompanying license files.

2. Your server and users

You control the server, accounts, permissions, storage, network exposure and lawful use of OneStop. Keep operating systems and software updated, restrict administrative access, use HTTPS for remote access and strong authentication, maintain sufficient resources, protect recovery keys, and maintain and test independent backups. Synchronization is not a backup. You are responsible for providing notices and obtaining permissions required for the data you process, including other people's contact information, photographs and communications. An installer administrator's acceptance does not itself establish that every separate account holder has agreed to these terms. Arrange appropriate terms and privacy notices for your own users.

3. Your content, privacy, and external services

You retain ownership of your content. These terms do not grant Greenlyz LLC permission to sell your content, use it for advertising or train models on it. OneStop processes content on your server, your devices and the integrations you configure.

OneStop does not automatically send your media, local diagnostic logs or installation acceptance receipts to Greenlyz LLC. Online subscription mode contacts the Greenlyz licensing service over HTTPS to verify paid entitlement, request signed renewal files and register delivery preferences. These requests identify the installation using its public key and signed proof; private installation keys remain on your server. Offline mode does not require the server to connect, but you must use a connected device to purchase, register delivery changes and collect emailed renewal files for manual import every 30 days. Stripe processes payments; Greenlyz retains the billing references, license status and verified delivery address needed to administer the subscription. Test purchases do not establish a paid live subscription.

Self-hosting does not mean no outside connections. Features you use or configure, including connected mail and calendar accounts, external content and images, software or component downloads, certificate services, helpdesk requests and payment services, may contact external providers. Those providers may receive information needed to fulfill the request, including your IP address and, depending on the feature, account information or content. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Internet-dependent features require connectivity to the relevant services.

Review the OneStop privacy notice at https://greenlyz.com/onestop-privacy.html and the settings and policies of services you connect. Information you choose to submit to the helpdesk is shared as part of that request. Review logs before sharing them; they may contain sensitive information. Do not send private documents, passwords or recovery keys to the helpdesk unless a separately agreed secure support procedure requires it.

4. Acceptable use, server abuse, and compliance

Do not use OneStop to infringe rights, store or distribute unlawful material, send spam or phishing messages, spread malware, attack systems, bypass access controls, or access another person's data without authorization.

You agree that you will not use OneStop, nor permit any third party to use your self-hosted instance, to conduct or facilitate abusive, fraudulent, or malicious activities. This includes, but is not limited to: (a) hosting or distributing malware, ransomware, or malicious payloads; (b) launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, unauthorized network scanning or probing of external systems; (c) operating command-and-control infrastructure; or (d) transmitting unsolicited bulk commercial communications (spam) or executing credential-stuffing phishing campaigns. Greenlyz LLC exercises no control over your server environment and disclaims all liability arising from any misuse of your infrastructure.

Do not use the software in a safety-critical application where failure could reasonably cause death, injury or serious environmental harm. No healthcare, financial, government or other regulatory certification or compliance guarantee is included. You represent and warrant that you will comply with all applicable export control laws and sanction regulations.

4A. License integrity and unauthorized access

Do not forge, alter, sell or share activation credentials or signed license files to enable unlicensed installations; spoof a licensed installation identity; run unauthorized concurrent copies using a cloned server or license; or modify code to defeat payment, license, profile PIN, Kids restrictions or other access controls. Do not steal credentials, exploit another person's server, extract another user's data, disrupt services, or distribute a modified build as official OneStop software. Keep license and account credentials secure. Authorized testing of systems you control, responsible vulnerability reporting, ordinary documented administration, and rights granted by applicable law or third-party licenses are not prohibited by this section. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through https://helpdesk.greenlyz.com without including other people's data or credentials. These are contractual conditions, not a statement that every modification is a criminal offense. Terms and technical controls cannot guarantee that circumvention is impossible.

5. Security and availability limits

No software can guarantee prevention of breaches, malware, phishing, data loss or downtime. Scanners can miss threats or block legitimate files; encryption does not eliminate vulnerabilities. OneStop's server holds the keys needed to decrypt stored content; this is not end-to-end encryption against the server administrator. Synced desktop files may be readable on the endpoint. A compromised server, administrator account, endpoint or recovery key can expose data. Preview features and platforms require additional testing. Do not rely on marketing descriptions or these terms as a security certification. These disclosures do not excuse any duty that applicable law requires of Greenlyz LLC.

6. Updates, support and third-party services

Features, compatibility and third-party APIs may change. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, no guaranteed support response, availability level or maintenance term is supplied. Submit help requests at https://helpdesk.greenlyz.com. Third-party providers are responsible for their own services under their terms. OneStop does not guarantee successful imports, email delivery, calendar invitations, document conversion or compatibility with every file format. Verify results and retain originals. Voluntary tips do not purchase storage, a support contract, warranties or additional features; mandatory payment and refund rights remain unaffected.

7. Warranty disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GREENLYZ LLC DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THAT ALL DEFECTS OR THREATS WILL BE DETECTED OR CORRECTED. THIS DOES NOT CANCEL AN EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTY GREENLYZ LLC HAS SEPARATELY GIVEN OR ANY WARRANTY OR CONSUMER RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

8. Limitation of liability and personal release

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREENLYZ LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE. TO THE EXTENT A LIMIT IS LAWFUL, ITS TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO GREENLYZ LLC FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR USD $0 IF THE SOFTWARE WAS PROVIDED TO YOU FREE OF CHARGE). VOLUNTARY TIPS ARE NOT SOFTWARE FEES.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT ALL OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT ARE SOLELY THOSE OF GREENLYZ LLC. YOU MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SOFTWARE AGAINST GREENLYZ LLC, AND NOT PERSONALLY AGAINST ITS INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS.

THESE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY LIABILITY, PERSONAL INJURY OR CONSUMER REMEDY THAT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW TO BE LIMITED. A SEPARATE SIGNED AGREEMENT MAY PROVIDE DIFFERENT TERMS.

9. Business-user responsibility for third-party claims

If you use OneStop for a business, to the extent permitted by law you will defend and indemnify Greenlyz LLC against third-party claims caused by your unlawful content, intentional misuse or material violation of others' rights. This does not cover claims caused by Greenlyz LLC's own wrongdoing or software defects. Greenlyz LLC must promptly notify you, reasonably cooperate at your expense and allow you control of the defense. No settlement may impose obligations on Greenlyz LLC without its written consent. This section does not apply to consumers acting outside their trade or business.

10. Ending use

You may end this agreement by discontinuing use and uninstalling Greenlyz-owned OneStop software. Export or back up your data first. Greenlyz LLC may terminate the license for a material breach that remains uncured 30 days after written notice where cure is possible. Termination does not transfer ownership of your data or authorize remote deletion. Applicable third-party license rights survive. Provisions about ownership, accrued obligations, disclaimers, liability and disputes survive to the extent applicable.

11. Governing law, jurisdiction and mandatory rights

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to it or the Software shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and Greenlyz LLC agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in Shelby County, Kentucky, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky for the resolution of any litigation arising under this Agreement, except where applicable mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Software must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, or it is permanently barred.

Materially changed terms will be presented for affirmative acceptance with a later installer; they do not retroactively change earlier disputes. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. You may contact Greenlyz Helpdesk to seek resolution, but doing so is not a condition of using mandatory remedies or reporting concerns to authorities. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent permitted by law. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be waived. A signed agreement between you and Greenlyz LLC controls where it expressly conflicts with these terms.

12. Contact and record

Please submit a help request if you run into any issues at Greenlyz Helpdesk: https://helpdesk.greenlyz.com. The installer stores a local acceptance receipt with the terms version, document hash, time and installer version. This record is not sent to Greenlyz automatically. Local administrators can modify local records; the receipt is not a digital signature or proof that every server user accepted.

13. OneStop Personal subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

OneStop Personal costs $5.99 USD per month or $59.90 USD per year, plus applicable tax, for one active self-hosted OneStop installation. Annual billing provides twelve months for the price of ten monthly payments. The selected subscription renews automatically at the disclosed amount and interval until canceled. Stripe displays the price, tax and billing interval before payment and requests affirmative agreement. Invited viewers do not each purchase a separate subscription for that installation. Video and Music are included, with up to 50 total profiles including the administrator. The subscription supplies software access, not movies, music, content rights, hosting or storage.

Manage billing or cancel at https://licenses.greenlyz.com/billing. Stripe verifies your purchase email. Monthly subscriptions: cancel to stop future charges and keep access for the remainder of the paid month; no voluntary partial-month refund. Annual subscriptions: cancellation ends the paid entitlement and automatically initiates a prorated refund of unused time to the original payment method, including applicable tax credits. The refund uses the actual paid billing period, rounded to cents; bank processing times apply. Mandatory legal refund and cancellation rights remain. Annual refund calculation uses the cancellation-request timestamp recorded by Stripe, the original annual subscription amount, and the unused fraction of the actual billing period; Stripe computes corresponding tax credits. No separate support request is needed for an ordinary annual cancellation. Cancellation and refund confirmation are emailed. If Stripe delays or rejects a refund, the service retries and alerts operations; do not submit another payment to obtain your refund. Contact https://helpdesk.greenlyz.com if billing management or a refund is unavailable. Provide a receipt reference, not passwords or card details.

On annual cancellation, new license issuance stops. An already imported offline license cannot be instantly revoked and may technically remain usable until its signed expiry, up to 33 days. This does not extend permission to use the refunded paid entitlement. Your files remain yours; Greenlyz cannot access or delete them. Failed renewal payments do not authorize a new paid term.

These subscription terms apply prospectively to purchases accepting this version. They do not retroactively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase or complimentary license. Business pricing and paid seats, if offered later, are separate from OneStop Personal.

14. License delivery, offline operation and capacity

Administrator-only use remains free, with one active online stream shared across Video and Music. OneStop Personal enables additional profiles, up to 50 including the administrator, and concurrent online playback subject to system capacity. Purchase from administrator Settings > Video profiles. Stripe handles payment. Greenlyz emails an installation-bound signed subscription license after verifying payment and emails a renewed file after each verified renewal. Check spam and junk folders. Save and import each file in the administrator settings. An offline OneStop server can remain offline: use another connected device to collect the email and transfer the license file.

Internet-connected servers: Automatic online renewal is the default. After purchase, OneStop authenticates using its installation key and fetches and installs renewed signed licenses without monthly manual action. It checks about every six hours and retries outages. Existing valid licenses keep working until their signed expiry if the licensing service cannot be reached. No media, account passwords or private installation keys are sent. Selecting Offline prevents these renewal connections.

During initial setup or administrator license setup, select online or offline delivery. Offline users enter a license delivery email; the purchase flow sends a confirmation link after payment. Once verified, renewed license files are emailed automatically. Email verification does not require connecting the offline server.

OFFLINE SERVER: You must manually import a renewed license file every 30 days, including with an annual subscription. This is license-file renewal, not another payment. Annual customers are charged once per year. Use an internet-connected device to receive the emailed file, transfer it to your offline server, and import it in administrator Settings > Video profiles before expiry.

Monthly licenses follow verified monthly payments and include three extra days for delivery/import. Annual subscribers receive renewable files valid for at most 33 days, with replacement issuance scheduled 72 hours before expiry during the paid year; no additional payment is taken for these files. No file extends beyond the verified paid term plus three delivery days. A reminder is scheduled before expiry when service availability permits. Check spam and junk folders. Delivery or service outages may delay a renewal; contact support before the displayed expiry. If the file is not imported, paid profile access stops at expiry until a valid file is imported. No permanent customer license is issued. Complimentary owner grants are separate.

OFFLINE EXPIRY: A subscription license has a fixed signed expiry no later than 33 days after issuance. Replacement issuance is scheduled after 30 days while paid entitlement remains valid; monthly billing dates and the remaining paid term can require an earlier expiry. The administrator sees a warning in the final three days. Without a valid replacement, paid profile access stops at expiry; free administrator access, media and profile history are retained. An imported file cannot be imported again to extend access. These controls cannot guarantee protection against a privileged owner restoring a whole-machine snapshot or altering the software.

A server update or reimport does not restart or extend a signed expiry. Preserve the installation identity and recovery backup when upgrading or moving a server. A copied public license or activation request does not authorize an unrelated installation without the bound private installation identity. Users must not forge licenses, defeat paid-feature checks or redistribute private licensing credentials except where applicable law or express written authorization permits. This does not restrict mandatory legal rights or applicable third-party open-source rights.

The allowance of up to 50 profiles is based on your own hardware and storage setup, network, operating system, software configuration, formats and conversion workload. It is not a guarantee of 50 simultaneous streams. To the extent permitted by law, Greenlyz LLC is not responsible for failures caused by insufficient resources, incompatible hardware/software or incorrect configuration; this does not exclude responsibility for OneStop defects or mandatory rights. Greenlyz does not provide hands-on installation, configuration, migration or remote administration. Support consists of documentation, troubleshooting guidance, community assistance when available and product defect resolution.

After license expiry, extra profiles become unavailable; their history and preferences are retained, and administrator playback and unrelated OneStop functions remain available. A child or visitor session is not promoted to administrator. Restrictions never authorize remote removal of your media or personal data.

Already disconnected?

For an existing subscription, export an encrypted, signed offline mode request in OneStop administrator Settings. Transfer it to an internet-connected device and upload it at https://licenses.greenlyz.com/offline within seven days. Verify the delivery email, then download the encrypted, signed confirmation and import it back on your offline server. This registers email delivery without reconnecting that server. It does not extend license expiry or change billing. Import the separately emailed license every 30 days.
