OneStop Personal subscriptions are live. Subscribe from your OneStop server: Settings → Video/Music profiles → Subscribe.

USD, plus applicable tax. Annual billing gives two months free. Automatically renews until canceled.

Video and Music, with up to 50 profiles including the administrator, for one self-hosted installation. Capacity depends on your hardware, storage and network; 50 simultaneous streams are not guaranteed. Administrator-only use remains free with one active online media stream. Roku Video is in development and is not yet available in the Roku store.

Automatic renewal for connected servers

Internet-connected servers: Automatic online renewal is the default. After purchase, OneStop authenticates using its installation key and fetches and installs renewed signed licenses without monthly manual action. It checks about every six hours and retries outages. Existing valid licenses keep working until their signed expiry if the licensing service cannot be reached. No media, account passwords or private installation keys are sent. Selecting Offline prevents these renewal connections.

Choose Offline in OneStop setup and enter your delivery email. Confirm the email once after purchase; monthly license files will be emailed automatically.

Cancel and manage billing

Monthly subscriptions: cancel to stop future charges and keep access for the remainder of the paid month; no voluntary partial-month refund. Annual subscriptions: cancellation ends the paid entitlement and automatically initiates a prorated refund of unused time to the original payment method, including applicable tax credits. The refund uses the actual paid billing period, rounded to cents; bank processing times apply. Mandatory legal refund and cancellation rights remain.

Purchase begins in OneStop administrator Settings. Stripe handles payment; Greenlyz LLC emails the signed license. Check spam and junk folders. Renewals, cancellations, refund updates and payment failures are emailed. Offline files cannot be instantly revoked after a refund. Your media stays on your server.
